1. Recurring renewals
Paid RankLens plans are recurring subscriptions unless the checkout clearly says otherwise. The amount and billing interval are shown before you authorize payment through Razorpay.
When recurring billing is active, Razorpay may automatically attempt the next charge at the beginning of a new billing cycle using the payment authorization associated with the subscription.
Cancelling before the next renewal date prevents future renewal after the current paid cycle. Cancelling does not normally reverse a charge that has already been successfully captured for an active billing period.
2. Cancellation
You can schedule cancellation through Account → Plan & recurring billing → Cancel at cycle end when the control is available.
- Your paid features normally remain active through the end of the already-paid billing period.
- No further renewal should be collected after the cancellation becomes effective.
- If Razorpay or RankLens shows a different cancellation state, contact support before making another payment.
Deleting browser data, logging out, or stopping use of RankLens does not itself cancel a paid subscription.
3. Refund eligibility
Because paid RankLens access is activated as a digital service after successful payment, payments are generally non-refundable once the paid service for that billing period has been made available, except where required by applicable law.
RankLens will review refund requests in situations such as:
- A duplicate charge for the same intended subscription period.
- A payment captured by Razorpay where RankLens failed to activate the purchased plan and support cannot restore the paid access within a reasonable period.
- An amount charged that does not match the plan amount authorized at checkout because of a verified billing error.
- A refund required by applicable consumer or payment law.
Change of mind, forgetting to cancel before renewal, not using the service, or dissatisfaction with an automated audit result does not automatically qualify for a refund, subject to rights that applicable law may give you.
4. Failed, pending or reversed payments
A failed or pending payment does not create a right to paid access. RankLens verifies payment state with Razorpay before activating a subscription. If a bank or payment provider later reverses or invalidates a payment, RankLens may adjust the related subscription access.
If you see a debit but RankLens does not show paid access, do not repeatedly pay. Submit a support request with the payment date, plan and Razorpay reference shown to you. Do not send card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords.
5. Founding-rate subscriptions
If a founding plan is advertised as continuing while the qualifying subscription remains active, cancelling that subscription may end eligibility for the founding rate. A later subscription may be offered at the then-current price rather than the old founding price.
6. How to request a billing review
Use the RankLens Support page and select Billing / payment. Include your account email, approximate payment date, plan and any Razorpay payment/subscription reference visible to you.
For security, never include full card details, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP, bank password or Razorpay secret keys in a support message.
7. Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be initiated through the available payment-processing route. The time for funds to appear can depend on Razorpay, the bank, card network or UPI provider and is outside RankLens's direct control.
8. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund, chargeback or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
